Hooray! We sent out the AdventureQuest 3D Kickstarter Survey/Form to get your info.
Please fill out your Survey/Form as soon as possible. This is how we will link your AdventureQuest 3D account to your Kickstarter pledge. Check your email, or login to Kickstarter to view and fill out the survey. It is very simple, straightforward and easy.
Do not worry if you make a mistake on your form. If there are any problems we will get it fixed. You guys backed us, and we will always have your back too! Also, Captain Rhubarb is going to add some redundancy into AdventureQuest 3D's Account Management site-- so in the near future you can do things like change your name in the credits and manage your cross-game rewards.
As of the time I made this post, over half the of the Survey/Forms have already been submitted. Way to go! That was really fast, and really good start. Most Kickstarters do not send out their forms until weeks or months later… so it really feels like we are on the ball.

Next week, we will use the Survey/Form to link your AdventureQuest 3D account to your pledge tier. Do not worry if you have not filled it out by then. There is no time limit, we will run the update periodically. It seems very possible that we might be starting PRE-BETA too! Then your character pages will go live so you can see all of the rewards you have coming.

If you made your pledge directly through this website you are probably wondering, “Hey! Where is my form?” Well... good news! You don't need one! You logged in through our website to make your payment, so the game already knows who you are and what rewards will be delivered to your game account.
You will be able to manage the rest of your rewards including the name you would like in the credits, and on which accounts you would like your cross-game items through the AQ3D Account Management section soon.
Once we finish processing the majority of Backers, we will be opening PRE-BETA! (Possibly as early as next week) This will allow those of you who got Early Access to join in the testing. Please note that Pre-Beta is NOT a full game. We are still in rapid development and still building all of the features and rewards listed on the Kickstarter. If you want to be a part of AQ3D as we develop it, and do not mind bugs, crashes, and all of the weirdness of early game development, then we look forward to seeing you and greatly appreciate you helping us test! If you would rather wait and play a stable, polished game, please wait for the live release.
Is your Kickstarter Pledge still pending? Artix sent a message out to the 100+ backers who are still having trouble completing their Kickstarter pledges with some tips on how other people solved their issues. Everyone received the Survey/Form, but if your payment has not gone through, obviously the rewards will not be delivered to your account. If you find that it is not possible to complete your payment through Kickstarter, please contact us on Kickstarter and we will give you an alternative way to fulfill your pledge through Paypal.
What is the deadline for filling out the Survey/Form!? There is no actual deadline or rush. BUT HURRY! :D We want to get you set up as fast as possible.
When will the rewards be delivered?
We will be delivering rewards slowly over the next 6-months as we create them for you. (Possibly much faster.)

Oh no! I put the wrong login name for my AQ3D account, what do I do!?

What do I do if my account does not get the badges/rewards?

For my AQWorlds, DragonFable or AQ Classic cross-game rewards, do I use my account name or character name?
Please use your account name. (The login you use to log into the game with, NOT your Character name)
When will cross-game rewards be delivered?
We do not have a set date, but they are on our high priority list. Like the other Kickstarter rewards, they will be delivered as we finish creating them for you.
Oh! One more note: We will add a way to manage your cross-game rewards on AdventureQuest 3D’s Account Management page in the near future.
Is this a One-Time Payment?
My credit card statement has a “recurring” message on it. Yes, your Kickstarter pledge is only a ONE TIME payment only. Why did that message appear? It seems Kickstarter checks to see if your card is real, and that triggers what looks like recurring payments. In all cases I have investigated, ultimately, everyone was charged only once, and only for the amount they pledged. You can confirm this by calling your credit card company using the phone number on the back of your credit card.
Why don’t you ask me for my password?
We only need your account name to inject your rewards. We will NEVER ask you to tell us your password. Ever. If someone claims to be a staff member and asks for your password through email or social media, they are a scammer and should be reported immediately!
Why does the form ask for my Mailing Address?
2 Reasons! First, Kickstarter has it on the survey by default and Artix forgot to uncheck it for some pledge tiers. Second, if you are really good this year, maybe Santa Clawg will send presents. Maybe. Postage is pretty expensive.
Remind me what a good game studio you are and how much you care about my privacy.
