More Than a Guild, Grim’s a Whole Vibe

It’s 2015. The internet is losing its literal mind over THAT dress. You know, the dress that’s White and Gold… or, erm, Black and Blue? But while the rest of the world was busy debating fabric hues, something legendary was brewing in the world of Artix Entertainment!

AdventureQuest 3D had just entered its Tech Demo phase, and a group of dedicated players were already gearing up to make their mark. On July 23, 2015, a guild named Prominent was born, founded by its visionary leader named Jcythe.

What started as a tight-knit team of passionate adventurers quickly grew and evolved. Prominent emerged as Grim, a name hailed inside AQ3D—and now immortalized on the Design Notes! Fueled by skill, leadership, and loyalty, Grim has become more than a guild. It’s a symbol. A statement. A vibe.

Jcythe explains, “At its core, Grim is home to talented professional gamers and competitive players who share the same vision.”

That vision? To build a space where driven, like-minded players can thrive! Not just in AQ3D, but across the entire Esports world. And they’re absolutely crushing it 💪

With over 100+ dedicated members in AdventureQuest 3D and 1200+ dedicated members throughout the Esports scene, it’s wonderfully apparent that Grim’s influence stretches way beyond the lands of Lore!

Leadership Goals & Esports Dreams

Grim is led by an all-star lineup of leaders: Jcythe, ZeroArt the Darkest Eclipse, Athena the Twilight Sworn, and Kentto, with support from their officers Ojin, SpecZero, Gaikaze, and Crystalys. Together, they’ve shaped Grim into a powerhouse of coordination, respect, and community spirit! And seriously good looks, ngl.

Whether it’s a dungeon dive in AQ3D, a high-stakes match in PUBG Mobile, or tactical precision in Critical Ops, Grim represents the gold standard in competitive gaming.

And don’t worry, they’re not all about that leaderboard business! Grim knows how to have fun, make memories, and bring people together from around the globe… unlike the heated debate over that dang dress color 👀

What Makes Grim So Legendary?

“Respect, integrity, and dedication—both in casual and competitive play.”

That’s their guild’s motto ~and~ foundation. It shines in everything they do, from mentoring new players to dominating in PvP. But their goal isn’t just to win tournaments (although they do a lot of that, too).

“Our goal is to become a dominant force in the mobile Esports scene while actively contributing to its rapid growth. Grim is more than a team—it’s a movement dedicated to elevating Esports to new heights.”
