We're less than 2 weeks away from Talk Like a Pirate Day
Thank you for giving us the extra time to make the Pirate Town of Lolosia one of the greatest additions to AdventureQuest 3D. The new town, story saga, monsters, items, and daily quests to unlock Pirate class are coming on Talk Like a Pirate Day (Sept 19th).
While you wait, we have a LIVE Moglin puppet show next Wednesday and also next week 99% chance of a pre-emptive Pirate assault on the Town of Battleon.
Ready to get' yer sea legs and become a dual-flintlock wielding scourge of the high seas? You will be able to unlock the Pirate class through daily pirate quests when Lolosia goes live. If you want to skip the wait and dailies, you can buy it early from Scurvy next week for a handsome bounty of DragonCrystals.
"Faster! Make them all faster!"
All travel forms are now considerably faster... the 130% ones are now 160%. Except the bush. Technically the bush was never actually supposed to be able to move... but it might jump faster now?
The new graphic options are great! The game looks so much more crisp on the max setting. Also, there is now an option to turn the chat filter on or off. This allows you to choose what you want to see in casual, friendly, conversation. Combined with a number of major bug fixes, this new release has AdventureQuest 3D running better than ever.
We changed the character model to allow for peg legs! Here is a leg up on the latest in Lolosian Peg Leg fashion.
At the center of the Pirate Town of Lolorida stands the shark-punching statue of Captain Peckard. Something tells me there is going to be more to this story...
