But why video games?
Truth is, I cannot imagine doing ANYTHING else.
If I lost literally everything... you would find me making video games as fast as I could borrow a computer and get free wifi at a coffee shop.
I love art. I love fantasy. Creative people inspire me. I love video games and always dreamed of making them.
It was just a pipe dream though. Until that ONE Day...
Someone asked me "If you love video games so much, why don't you just make one?"
That was the moment.
I was empowered.
Who would have thought just being told, "Hey, you should just go figure out how to do that thing you want to do" would change everything. Today, millions of players have enjoyed playing the games my team makes around the world!
So... if no one has ever told you that you are allowed to start figure out how to do the thing you have always dreamed of doing, then...
As your game making friend I want to ask you, "Why don't you just go do that thing you have always dreamed of doing?"
You should start doing that thing...
...and you should start doing whatever the first step is right now.
