Full Steam Ahead

In addition to the iOS (Iphone and iPad) and Android (Smartphones and tablets) builds, we have also been working on the build for STEAM! Check out the video I posted earlier today!

Since you were able to get AQ3D Greenlit on Steam we have all been really excited to get this version up and running. OUR FIRST STEAM GAME!

This version is already joining in the cross-platform family (I have played over Steam with other Devs who were on their phones and tablets) and as you go through the video you can see that I Shift + Tab out to the Steam Overlay interface and even chat with Rolith.

This means that will eventually be able to make some Steam achievements (in addition to normal game achievements) and possibly trading cards, and it also means that you will be able to use your Steam Wallet to buy things in-game and use Steam Voice Chat (which is like Steam's version of Skype) to contact your friends and chat with them as you play.

Just to be clear, we have no plans to add our own native voice chat system to AQ3D as it really wouldn't work for the mobile builds.
