Player Housing Spotlight: Elysian Conclave by Cyrxx
Lord of the Dreams: Medieval Magic Meets Mobile-Built Mayhem
Our amazing community never ceases to amaze us, and today’s Player Housing Spotlight is undeniable proof of that! Built piece by painstaking piece on ~mobile~ spanning over 2.5 months of casual play, Elysian Conclave on the Red Dragon Server is more than a fantasy village… it’s a love letter to the best MMORPGs!
Created entirely by Cyrxx and constructed with approximately 4,800 pieces, this massive map began as humble bones from their first build (and Contest winning entry in 2024!) before growing into a living, breathing fantasy realm you can visit — nay, experience! — right now.
From Hobbit Holes to Heroic Hangouts
This adventure kicks off in true Tolkien style — yup, in a cozy Hobbit Hole. Tucked into the earth like all good beginnings, the space invites weary adventurers to sip tea, tell tall tales, and reminisce about the Akriloth battles of old.
The rounded doorway, lush greenery, and intimate, earthen charm instantly set the tone for the rest of your journey through the Conclave. This isn’t just fantasy roleplay, folks — this is a world layered with story, memory, and a second-breakfast serving of whimsy!
Inside the Herbalist's House
Close by, you’ll find the Herbalist House glowing softly under a golden aura. Though technically too large to fit inside a proper hut, some well-placed dev magic and spatial illusion brings it to life. Vines creep up the outer walls while cozy interiors filled with brewing tools & apothecary charm
suggest this is where the village wisdom keepers do their best work. It's the kind of place where potions are steeped with purpose and perhaps come with side quests too.
Nostalgia Reborn: The Lion’s Pride Inn
For WoW veterans (much like myself), the next stop might trigger a wave of nostalgia: a lovingly recreated Lion’s Pride Inn, styled after its 2005 iteration. While the iconic blue roof and red chimney are missing, the spirit of Goldshire's infamous tavern remains.
It's a subtle nod to MMORPG history that longtime players will instantly recognize — and perhaps raise an eyebrow at (if you know, you know).
But no matter if you're here for juicy gossip or a pint of Moglinberry juice, the inn is a cornerstone of the Conclave.
Tradesfolk Territory: Blacksmith & Lumber Mill
No medieval fantasy village is complete without its hard-working tradesfolk. The Blacksmith and Lumber Mill provide structure (literally and thematically) to the village. With anvils, timber, and crafting stations scattered about, these buildings serve both as storytelling props and a potential stage for future wooden or metal assets.
They speak volumes to a world in motion, one where players might one day forge armor, chop wood, or roleplay long hours of artisan life.
“Work work… work work.” — every orc peon ever.
Hall of Many Purposes (and, apparently, names)
Need a place to host a town meeting? Or maybe just rehearse your latest bardic performance with no judgement? The Meeting Hall/Chapel/Whatever-You-Need Building is your go-to place!
Versatile and filled with medieval charm, it stands as a neutral, communal zone for guild ceremonies, in-character weddings, or dramatic duels of words and wits.
The Elven Treehouses: Vines, Views, and Vibes
Nature lovers rejoice! The Elven Treehouses offer a peaceful escape into the Conclave’s forest canopy. Suspended high above the ground with ladders and vines, these homes among the leaves echo with serenity and song — with no bird poop either. Magic! Whether you're scouting from above or roleplaying your inner woodland elf, the treehouses add vertical depth and a sense of magic to the fantastical landscape.
Floating Frostlorn Tower: Mage Energy Overload
Perched high above the rest of the village, “like a lifted F-150 in a grocery store parking lot” laughs Cyrxx, the Frostlorn caster tower demands your full attention.
Accessible via climbable chains (yes, really, 100+ upper body STR required), the tower is part mage lab, part sky fortress, and part meme.
Rumor has it there's even a frozen fully-cooked turkey involved!
Um, don’t ask. Just climb, explore, and laugh a little!
Beneath the Mountain: Welcome to Loria
Perhaps the most jaw-dropping portion of the Conclave lies ~underneath~ it. Open the hidden door under the mountain and descend into the Dwarven Realm of Loria, a sprawling subterranean kingdom carved into stone.
You'll pass through the Great Hall, with vaulted ceilings and torchlit grandeur, before reaching the Housing District, filled with cozy stone abodes and a thriving underground community.
Stop by the Cavern Tavern for a drink and some rowdy dwarven roleplayers, then head across the lava bridge (don’t jump, seriously) to find the hidden exit to the surface. It’s a layered, living world that adds enormous depth — in every meaning — to the overall build.
